Is the solids control group done with layoffs? I just do my job and hope for the best! There are some useless so called managers.

lol, No they are not done. If this group can even survive the rest of the year I would be amazed. This is a dead group and has a been for sometime now. I know there are some managers that are useless as well as some workers that are too. The problem is from the top of NOV not just Solids management. This company is pretty much toast and has nothing to offer the O&G market... nothing. All of the experience is pretty much gone either from retirement or lay offs and with them goes contacts and knowledge. So keep your head down and do you job so when they call your name you can leave with dignity knowing you did what was asked. ... But once again NO the layoffs are not over for any of the NOV's.
