enough already. layoff, layoff, layoff. worker's have to deal with this rumor monthly & the high stress every day. its not healthy and just not fair to workers. store customers can even sense the tension. the board just needs to do what they need to do once and for all so workers can move on and do their jobs in a proper mindset. its like modern day torture. its just sad that so many lives are being destroyed just so investors and stock holders can make a larger profit or make up for what they lost. the workers are now nothing but budget numbers and no longer considered friendly hard working people with faces and names. ask investors & stockholders to come stock some fold some towels first.
They need the most help in IT. Updating the website, upgrading the antiquated systems and equipment in the stores. More than likely they will move to IT employees operating in a contractor basis.
