Weatherford in Scott is a dead horse management is a bunch of overpaid waisted paychecks.... it takes more energy to print these peoples checks than they actually do in the two weeks waiting for them. Two of the supposedly baddest machinists in the shop operate forklifts full time.. makes no sense.

Lol I know exactly who these characters are and I couldn’t agree more. I’m not from the Scott plant but I interact with these two clowns at least twice a week unfortunately.
Its fun watching wft struggle. They have been brother in lawed and buddy buddied right out of business. The refuge of the dunderheads haha
If it weren’t for the experience and good work done by the machinist I doubt this facility would still be open
I agree also, poor management, the right hand don’t know what the left hand is doing 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Weatherford Scott la is a great place to work, where else can you keep working overtime with nothing to work on, no one knows what’s going on around here

No doubt this facility is ran by very poor management, this facility has so much potential but is operating very poorly due to its management all the way across the board.
