Does anyone else find it disturbing that with everything the company is doing to employees with this poorly managed reduction, that now they’re also looking for lab rats to volunteer in 3 locations to test a return to work during COVID? How should anyone feel confident the company can manage that return to work when they can’t manage the RIF. Makes me wonder how many people are feeling pressured to “volunteer” as lab rats to hopefully save their job. Watch out for your own health and safety. Don’t assume Allstate is.
