Place is a joke
I can’t tell you how many people are glad they left, countless managers looking for new jobs, some even show up for the same interview, it’s shocking how Belk has declined in the past few years.
Stress free since leaving there. Retail should not be that stressful to the associates. They don't run the company but with the stress they put on associates backs you would think they run the whole company.
