So I just checked my star rewards cause I hade $10 and when they terminated me and shut off my prepaid card they wiped out my platinum star rewards which I had that account before I had the damn card I am sooooo mad

I made some purchases and used my reward prior to the termination date (6/30). I figured they’d cut it off by 7/1.
It a shame. I loved getting that employee discount on Last Act.
Yea because that is my money that I have spent to earn those and they are going down the tubes because they treat their employees and customers like sh–.
Prepaid accounts are closed and all go away with it. It is clearly written in the cardholder agreement.
Worried about star reward? Really? When the company is going down the tubes?
Priorities I guess
They will shut it off and wipe all your star points
My prepaid was fine and never turned off.
