Store managers are far and in between in Walmart of Today - between what you might ask ? Retirement - Resume' building and investing ! Old school is going out and or fired to bring in the new! History and facts show this to be true ! FACT CHECK IT !
Walmart is LOOSING its core values slowly but surely !
Region 6 of Walmart that is most of Houston Texas, in which is the most diverse / high risk (crime) / HIGH SHRINK of inventory loss ($1m ++ anually) , MOST * profitable ) $$ MAKING PART of the entire company!
Has the least amount of visit from stake holders because of their good stores are in the midwest / higher income neighborhoods and the selling points to stake holders that they buy into for results that the company wants "you" to buy into for stock gains off your sacrifices !
Most managers do whats needed "NOT" to invite company to their stores on every day business! But the company does not invest in the lower income population of stores that would warrant stake holder to buy into what is real in America !
Some Managers devote life times / families / marriages and their entire self worth to a company with out any more compensation of mid-class to be dang close to poverty line salary that keeps them hanging on to a dream that could be ? But never happens!
While HIGHER leadership from Store Manager / District Manager / Regional Manager AND above make lavish lifestyles for themselves of your back !
Mansions / Pools / Private Schools / World trips for vacations being bought - while you sit worrying paycheck to paycheck worrying about being INFECTED from covid ! Rent / daycare / food and your life / and savings for retirement !
Walmart Stakeholders should pay attention to what they are doing to their "employees" because they should no longer be considered ASSOCIATES that share profit !
Did this for countless years for the company - dedicated a LIFE TIME to it ! To be tossed aside like it meant absolutely nothing of a commitment that helped build company's like this ! Walmarts demise will come / maybe not in my lifetime but will some day !
Keep options open ! Always have a plan B ! Dedication is disappearing rapidly for so called companies like Walmart even if you are considered a company person !
