If you have not already done so, dump your Allstate policies...
Keep your Allstate stock...It will be fun to give a NO Proxy vote when Wilson and the members of the board come up for election.....

Wife and I have five policies (different products) with Allstate and our agent is also a friend. That will be tough to do.
