HVAC for 17 years and got the call back notice after I put my 2 weeks in. My counter part (30+ years) was offered severance. Visual and maintenance positions are also gone.

Uhhhhh why do we need HVAC people when we have no functioning air conditioners?
well you got hvac you can get another jobs easy... better than retail hell
In sports when the teams are awful, there is a full analysis and the coaches are usually the ones to go or players are traded. See there is no analysis of the head of the teams in these scenarios. No matter how awful the head coaches on these teams are they continue to play ball. Eventually, something will give when the other side keeps winning. No one wants to be on the side of a losing team, worse when finances are involved!
