My store manager quit. Half the mall is closed or never reopening It’s bad !

My manager was replaced with old manager. I think they will have one manager per 3 stores. The rest will be canned

Ours didn't quit, he was let go, probably because he made too much. Awesome manager. If he had an option, I know he would had stayed even though it's getting harder.
Hard to make plan with a skeleton crew. Customers want help and want to buy but they have to walk around to find someone to ring them up. Even then, looking at reviews online, our store has lots of positive reviews.

They are quitting not because they wanted to, because they are being given very difficult choices if they stay. I say no more, let's see if a former VPSM, (oh, are they still "VP"SMs?) will post here to clarify what the difficult choices are. I have full admiration for a lot of former VPSMs, most were compassionate, true and honest to their staff; some were rude, totally plastic, gossipy, and insincere. Affairs? Now, that's gossip, not getting in that one.
