There once was a great company filled with great people and the knowledge their peers wish they had. Now, their peers do/ or will soon have those great people with all the knowledge. Every executive exit from CD, to SC, to AJ was without warning; a swift winning exit seeing the executive leave with millions of dollars and thousands of secrets.

CD had some class, but SC was never good. She was hopelessly incompetent and had to be cajoled by staff on every decision. As queen of GAP she inflicted more damage to Noble than any other manager including DS. That says a lot because we all know how bad DS is. SC was also responsible for drD and his NV bratpack. They continue the legacy by digging the hole ever deeper. I agree on the ego. Perhaps if she'd been more humble... Don't count on BS. He didn't get that job for excellence. DS put him there to toe the line. Same with the board. They'll never do anything meaningful because they aren't independent. They were all hand picked to rubber stamp DS's whims. Noble will continue to muddle along like this for the foreseeable future.
CD was the true loss. SC was good but huge ego. She couldn’t watch DS take over. We all knew we would end up here with DS leadership. Last shoe to fall will be DS getting a package to leave and hand over to BS. DS always takes care of DS. All cash and zero class. I wish the board would do the right thing just once.
If any of these rats was smart it was CD. He left just before things hit the fan. Perhaps he saw what was coming? The other two were essentially given the boot. Yes, they both left with millions. That was shameful. However, they'd both still be here it they'd had their druthers.
