Jewelry Complex Restructuring?

What is going on with the Jewelry Complex structure? No more supervisors? No more Captains... but now we here there are still Captains, but the job description has changed? Will the be Clericals goIng forward and/or full time or part time?? Please someone with real information reply, our store is being very quiet about all the changes. Please help ease our minds.

I managed Fine Jewelry & the clericals are still present in their same roles and responsibilities. As for commissions for FJ colleagues, they are set at 1.5% for FJ/watches and 1% for fashion jewelry/watches. In the (likely) event that they don't earn enough commissions due to low foot traffic, the 2nd paycheck of each month will reflect an increase in their base pay for the low earning weeks to meet what their pre-pandemic average earnings were. The idea is to maintain their paychecks at the level they were before the pandemic.

What about the jewelry clerical? They are part of the 2140 support zone.

FJ will be apart of the rest of the store as far as being "global". Cosmetics and Fragrances will be the only department with actual "specialists"
