Has anyone been paid out for vacation pay or just PTO? I was on medical leave since last June so I never worked this year. I know at the beginning of the year, I had like 154 hours of PTO/ vacation hours, they paid out like 88 hours in March. I haven’t been paid yet for the reminder. I hope I get paid out for the rest.

I only received 70 bucks last Friday. I know I had like 6-7 days of PTO so that can’t be all of it. I tried logging into my Insite but can not access mto due to being payed off.
Pot is collective, though, right? Meaning, I should get everything I’ve earned(unused) up to date of termination?
You earn or Accrue your time over the course of a year. You will get paid for what you have earned.
For this year you haven’t earned it yet. Vacation year is the same as fiscal year- February to January.

I earned 70+ hours of PTO (California) and still have not received any of it. In California, Macy's is required by law to pay out on employment termination. If I don't receive my money by the end of this week I'm going to contact the labor board.

You only get paid out for the time you have earned. They give us the time for the entire year but that doesn’t mean we are entitled to all of it. Time was reduced due to furlough because we didn’t work those months, therefore we didn’t earn that time. You earned nothing this year because you didn’t work. You won’t be getting anything else.
