I know there is a file on insite that tells you how to remove it but because I am laid off I don’t have access. Can someone tell me how to truly remove all this stuff

on iphone, go to settings/general/profiles and device management/device manager and select remove. That will remove the company's ability to remotely manage your phone. Then its as simple as deleting the apps you no longer want.
Select former colleague and password is temp then last 4 of your social.
Uninstall. Very easy if you have an Android, probably easy on an iPhone too.
