Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

This was the ONLY option they considered

We have the highest unemployment rate since threw great recession right now. No one can find a decent job right now and when places do start ramping back up it will slow and reserved. How do they expect anyone to find work?? No one can tell me that a company as large as T-Mobile didn't have any other options. This was the ONLY option they considered. Cut out the highest paid lowest men on the totem pole because there is always someone younger willing to do the same job for half the money because they don't know what they are worth yet and by the time they do ther cycle repeats itself. Who cares about the ones let go that have bent over backwards to help get T-Mobile where it is today. Replaceable. So disgusting.

that's why Legere exited so quick! He didn't want to be the one having to speak on the layoffs because that would make him a liar!!!

Covid is ther perfect excuse. It makes me sick now to see all the commercials, the tweets, all the big promises still being made by the executives. Posting pictures of their own families laughing it up while they shattered ours. I couldn't live knowing I had ruined as many lives as they did. They never even looked back after they did it. They just went on enjoying their salaries. So gut wrenching.

Yes. T-Mobile forgot the people who worked hard at first for the companies survival. Next we fought to build our business and compete. We fought the regulators on giving us spectrum. T-Mobile even asked employees to chip in on its PAC. Eventually we were strong enough to merge with Sprint. John Legere lied to Congress saying that we are creating jobs. After Day 1, we had mass layoffs. Thank you hard working employees.
