Doesn't matter if Illinois is a right to work state. RTW is more geared toward axing union jobs. These jobs are salary, they can cut you now if they want, at any time.

That is because Illinois is a Right to Work State meaning they can axe you at anytime for any reason. Makes sense to a company planning on downsizing to headquarter themselves in a state that favors mass layoffs.
