Our gm told us if we werent bought in as far as the club goes..... he doesnt need us.
The mentality at our store is to not worry about CLUB, no matter how p-ss-d managers get. They won’t call people back so we are spread incredibly thin. Our club team is busy just being lazy behind a desk.
