Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Today's payroll.....

Anyone got the pto pay? just recieved the check containing many errors such as double CB charge, and less pto hours than actual earned. Is it worth calling HR?

If you are a go forward with different pay that last check is for the last week and day as the old position. It does include the pto and sick days you might have earned for the last days of your old job. So they want to start you fresh with the new pay today. You should have PTO still available

Then yes you need to call HR Services......
Sounds like you were laid off.

@dhe+15ITuAyB I am regular part time associate, still furlough with no specific return date. Neither got go forward statment from macys, just email stating my position is impacted. Adding to the confusion, the payroll week i got is the current week (6/28- 7/4) and all hours on the check are pto, hence assumed to be my Feb. & March pto. So i dont know if i got the check in error or goodbye layoff..........

Sorry, I meant June 30.
If you have been double charged for benefit deducted, yes you need to call HR about that and they will tell you why or if it's wrong how they will fix it.

Your a executive, what do you mean by "less PTO hours than actually earned?" This was just your regular check for pp ending July 30
When did you return from furlough?
Is today your last day?
