We got the call today that the company is letting go T-Force Specialists in Hawaii. We will miss taking care of our customers

Has anyone heard if other T-Force teams were let go at other locations?
Cannot believe they laid off the entire T-force team in Honolulu. Wait times for customers have been astronomical for a long time now and decisions that management made in the past is what caused this to happen. Poor management (not "leadership" or "family" like they keep pushing) is ultimately what brought down a great team. RIP
I agree. Important to keep in mind that agents work really hard to get back to people ASAP. 20-25 chats at time.
I believe the Hawai'i team is being given until September to either transfer to another site or accept a severance package. For now they are still employees. That's a hard choice to make. Leave your home or lose your job.
Thank you for your kind comments. Means a lot to us. Take care of each other and continue to show love to our customers. Aloha.
Leadership at the top needed to save their own skin! Pathetic display of care for their employees who helped pave the way for the department. Must be misery working for a leadership team that doesn’t value their employees.
Is there any way to expose them? I’ve been checking twitter and there’s hardly anything about all these layoffs. T-Mobile is doing it little by little to avoid making the news. But people who praise them need to know
Are they giving severance packages
I am blown away at what’s happenin!
