Did you file your claim with the Court along wit the rest of the id–ts that kept pumping money in to this POS company ?
I'm sorry... but if you held after the split... and watched the stock collapse day after day after day... and didn't follow closely to see the MANY press releases by the company, including the net operating loss carry forwards, the multiple going concern warnings, the fact they literally said in the Q1 release they weren't trying to get any of the government loans as part of the covid crash... well, you weren't a good enough steward of your OWN money to be keeping $40,000, or "$3,000,000" in this stock. If you needed $40,000 to live on, buy something boring. Hell, the S&P 500 would have paid you $900/year in dividends alone. You took excessive risk and lost.
