they call you and say your position gas been eliminated and then they won't pay you the vacation pay your owed. Hr people are useless. Its been over three weeks. Time to lawyer up.

Was told by her it will be another month before I will get my docu sign email. This is by. No med insurance no severance yet. WTF!!
Again, anyone surprised? Much like NPG and NMG, there are HR folks that came up from working at the store, the warehouse, non-related departments, etc. Don’t expect anyone to have a grasp of anything industry-standard and legal. KAIZEN will not provide a fix. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
