Failing stores close. That’s how businesses work. Lots of BN stores not reopening. They’ll use COVID as the excuse.
for every employee you fire, you lose the business of their parents, their brothers and sisters, their Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandparents and their friends !
If the store was well received & customers shopped there , it wouldn’t have closed. Barnes & Noble has lost a lot of customers over poor customer service and how they’ve treated friends and families of (now former) customers.
