General Motors in Spring Hill has announced it will layoff third shift employees.
The layoffs will go into effect on July 31 and will impact 680 employees. GM will now be operating on two shifts instead.

You layoffs people when product dont sell. Product dont sell because Mark Reiss and Mary designed product people don’t wanna buy. The new pick ups are example. The Chevy outside styling is horrible. The new Escalade outside styling lost its bling. One bad play after another.

Warned everyone earlier in the year. Get your GM unemployment fund in order, disruption is coming. 2001 was bad, 2008 was worse, and 20xx will be an event. Congratulations to those that prepared.
