saint john contractors furloughed until the 30th of june are not on the july schedule. they aren't coming back. schedules were just released across multiple departments. managers and contractors reportedly don't know what's happening. saw a new sign for xerox advertising a job here recently as well. likely rehiring with a lower wage. once this starts happening, say good bye to the veterans.

Doesn't shock me. The severance is decent if you are a long term employee.
Lots of work out there if anyone knows folks to get internal postings.
