IBM is starting to look like a bumbling id–t in cloud services. They look like they are a new company that just got started in the business and doesn't totally get it yet.

I literally laugh when I see IBM adds touting their proficiency with the cloud. Literally LOL.
When something goes to India, then its something they gave up on IMO.
I know that in my former org, as of this week anyway, all the support work that was left in the US went to India. I do not know how they will cover 24/7 anymore, but that was the choice IBM management made. Sad, sad, sad.
No surprise there... I wonder which customer is crazy enough to entrust IBM running their stuff on the IBM Cloud?!?!?!?! I am baffled...
