Has anyone heard anything about what going to happen and 8f lay off or pay cuts are going to affect Visual Managers in store?

As far as visual teams go, so far all the visual merchandisers are returning from what I can tell.
The managers are being cut or shifted into other roles.
VM role is eliminated. The new position is called Visual Captain. Less money, no staff and will also be responsible for merchandising as needed.
I’m a VM and got offered an OVM position this morning at my store. My store got 2 OVM’s my OPAM got the other position. MTM was offered MBA position.
our VM became one of the OVMs. i’m in a G100
The visual manager position at my store became a lead role 3 years ago and it was eliminated last week. Good luck.
