I'm back to work, but wish I would still be on furlough! I'm working in a store that is a regional fulfillment store. And let me tell it's worst looking merchadised store ever. The delivery drivers drop off pallets, it's processed, then it's fill/put away, topstock. Then next day here comes the CDS fulfilment orders, pull it, box it up to ship out. What a waste of time and effort. The moral at the store is absolutely horrible! And then there's the issue with low hours. It's just to much to deal with, and it's exhausting.

Like I always say, if there’s a harder way to do it, BBB will do it that way!
The company is so far behind on efficient processes. 20 steps when 3 could do the same thing. Plus the dinosaur equipment we have to work with. It’s a disgrace
In the first place there are too many steps to complete a cds order..wave pick, build carton, print label, print packing slip, approve carton, ship carton. 6 steps per order!!! And not to mention how many times you have to hit the ok and done option in some of the steps!! This process needs to be streamlined for more efficiency and speed!! And don’t get me started on receiving...
Yes, same here. It's extremely difficult to deal with the CDS orders. Staf, including Manager's are exhausted and stressed out.
Help....we need it.
Also at an RF store and we are having the same exact problem. New freight comes in, we merchandise it, then within hours its wiped out from CDS. It's extremely exhausting to rush around, help customers, clean the store, and try to stay positive. Sending you good vibes, hopefully we all get through this slump soon!
thats why i left as soon as we got off furlough and got a ft job elsewhere , get out while u can
