Are we ever going back? Should I find another job

Well first off, good luck finding a job in Wichita if you’re from spirit. Most companies won’t touch the bargaining workforce because of the “lazy B” mentality. The union has destroyed that company , the leaders are just in it for them selves, just look at the former ceo and his suit against spirit. Pure greed, so I say shut it all down and learn a new hobby folks.
Just grab another beer and enjoy your paid vacation.
You might never go back if the IAM keeps bending you over! Spirit needs to cut more payroll and utilize the unemployment benefits during COVID-19. Who can't live on $1088 a week with paid benefits while furloughed? STUPID!!! The company will go bankrupt by trying to retain skilled labor. I say lights out for 3-4 months to save themselves. The rates simply don't match the head count. Way too heavy! Not enough work to justify it. Are workers just sitting around?
