Heard there is going to be a big announcement tomorrow. Anybody has anything regarding ASTS? I heard they are eliminating the job.

I heard AST jobs will have additional stores or AYS responsibilities out on the floor. Ugh
The same way my PL alerted me to what is going down tomorrow. SM’s are having conversations with other executives to give them the option of taking new titles with salary cuts or severance packages. From what I’m hearing, details on severance packages will be sent out on Friday to those that are affected. There’s no guarantee that anyone is safe, even those who were already called back from furlough.

30-35 million.
What volume does your store do? Mine is about 35-40 million
No idea if this applies to those who have been called back from furlough. All arrows point to this being a major ‘restructuring’ across the board. Have spoken to a handful of people in my store and there are already numerous executives who moved into new positions and took salary cuts.
Does those apply to those who have been called back as well? Or only to those still on furlough?

I'm sure the same applies to corporate. I actually do like my job, just not the way they treat people when it comes to reorgs & layoffs. Sitting ducks! Good luck to you.

Haven’t heard anything about AST positions. Just got confidential info from my People Leader, big announcement on company-wide ‘restructuring’ happening tomorrow. If your People Leader doesn’t give you a courtesy heads-up, everyone will receive an email from HR tomorrow morning detailing lay-off and severance package info.
