So are the captain positions key holder positions? I’ve heard they are glorified full timers. If that’s so are they on the executive schedule or are they like captains now?

From what I was told, CAPTAIN positions do not have garanteed hours. Pls comment if you hear otherwise....
At some point their will be one bucket.
They are key holders. Just like the leads, the are in the associate budget. Just like the leads...Other than FJ leads were never executives. depending on store size its An Operations, An AYS and A Selling caption etc.
I heard that they will be under the associate hours bucket.
