Maybe we need to bring a union rep to every Macy’s store? The way these stores are being run it’s disgraceful. It’s slavery. They do what they want how they want and treat colleagues like c-ap. Maybe it’s time?

Can EEOC help?
Unions are not welcome in my store. No discussion. You try to get anyone to sign a pledge card here and I'll have you out for trespassing. Unions are the worst thing that could happen to a business and I agree, it's just a money maker for them. 👎👎👎

Trust me union can’t do anything. Union for foods and retails are not as powerful as airlines, police or even teachers. 3 of union store closed in my area and no severance package and union couldn’t do anything to protect their members.
The only entity that help is OSHA and department of labor.
Unions are just taking their share of your paycheck.
