They get 2 weeks for each year of service, year's vacation pay if eligible and bonuses if deserved. That's according to a friend.
typically you get 1 week per year you’ve been with macy’s with a minimum of 5 weeks pay. I knew someone laid off a few years ago that got almost 30 weeks of pay.
