Getting rid of HR and HSE altogether might prove hard..., but to slim down the teams, yes. I believe they already had a cut and another 10-15% are expected.
Get rid of the leadership people who do nothing. HSE as well, never seen a group of more worthless mo–ns who do nothing. Oh yeah, HR also. How about we don’t cut the people who actually make money for this company?
