This chain cares more about the sale of a gun than the well being of its employees. Period. The employees who did not get furloughed DID NOT receive 2 weeks pay or a temporary pay raise. NOTHING. Disgraceful. Shame on you Bass Pro. To tout that employees are family is outrageous. I guess the mind set of this company is to send your family out into the Pandemic.
And there is no understanding on the part of management if you are uneasy around the customers.
The attitude is just s— it up, go out there without a face mask and sell those un-masked customers a gun!
