Just one problem after another in that aberdeen drilling dept. No surprise they lost it all. Bad management the biggest problem most likely
If you want to be laid off just do a good, honest job and kiss no ones azz including management or customers. that'll get you out the door in Oklahoma for sure!!
Pack of lies this place. didn’t pull out of drilling because of switch to decom. Pulled out because lost the BP contract.
Aberdeen office is the mother of all f-ups in bakker. Incompetent management lost a shedload of jobs closed a lot of offices / dept. big train wreck everyone coul see coming

Easy. Speak out and complain about boneheaded management decisions. Point out irregularities in opportunities and unwarranted promotions and grooming. That’ll do it.
