Not surprised about 60 day notices. Xerox and HCL both marching forward as planned, regardless of situation. Covid just moved it up quicker. Hope xerox gets flushed down the toilet. Glad hcl is feeling the pain too. Replacements in Guatemala and India s— at their jobs. Many positions filled by peeps with wrong job skills. No amount of training would have helped.

Good luck with your job hunting. I'm in same boat.

Pre XBS, GIS cores were successful and profitable. Xerox got greedy and wanted a bigger piece. Xerox has been in decline for past decade and leaned on GIS to stay a float. But now they screwed all of us.

When you post news about layoffs or HcL notices, I agree with poster below we want to know the locations be affected to support or coworkers and raise awareness.

What location or core is this post referring to?

@xnr+156JnGMU You must not be from any cores. We are not all treated the same or created equal. So yes, there will always be a core question. We want to see where the wave is hitting and reach out to those we know that might be affected.

Why is there always a “core” question?? XBS is only one portion of Xerox
