Just wondering if Oprah, known for her Business Savvy, and empathy did anything financially to help WW with at least providing some kind temporarily support for employees...
Did Oprah or Upper Management meet w/any employees to discuss possible options... Just sounds like it was a knee jerk reaction...

Selling off stock while telling the laid off employees to keep quiet. How is this not insider trading.
I do not believe that upper management took a pay cut! They never do. They lay us off so they can keep their pay and pay their stockholders! Dont be so naive!
I believe the labor board needs investigate this company. To employ so many part-time under paid workers and no benefits. The majority of the company works for free and does not code their time in their Smart system because of management retaliation on your hours. What happened to Corporate Responsibility. Shame on Oprah and Mindy Grossman for abusing these woman and breaking their psyche at the end. Oh so our no compete clause is out the window because of Covid-19..
They took an official pay cut, but a lot of upper management aquired and sold WW shares the day after the layoffs. Mindy Grossman's take was worth about $990K
