“District manager in California terminated a store manager after requesting medical leave without following T-Mobile’s corrective action process and based on rumors from the SMs direct reports. SM said his back was hurting when In the store to interview on rumors and gave permission DM then called HR and recommended termination for cause. Basically the DM was mad and retaliated. HR and upper management didn’t intervene.“
