BBB just laid off all there call centers, they will be outsourcing to a third party company. Our last day is August 2020.

Everyone is on furlough until your SM calls and says come back. Pretty simple.
Yeah they did add the disclaimer to the email saying
“We will contact you in if your store is re-opening or we are extending services and need you to return to work.“
So if it looks like your state/area is opening up everything you most likely will open well before mid-June and got to expect a call eventually.

yeah the call is a back up to the email and text they send us was all same info
different areas/states got different calls and emails chill out
