Sadly, economy is in a harsh decline and our work atmosphere is carrying a negative morale where we could be hearing a potential 2 week furlough or possible facility shutdown like Albuquerque for Raytheon Missile and Defense. New info will be provided by our team leaders by Wednesday 5/27/2020.

My son was let go April 14th Tempe Az. Was not given any reason but assumed it was COVIC related as no work to work on. He been having trouble getting unemployment payments since then. Az DES ui says he "disqualified" . He finally got through with phone call to DES UI . They say Collins let him go with "cause" with cause being tardiness/late to work. Son insists he did good work , got things out the door , was not tardy. Felt they were happy with his performance.
Can a company stab you in the back to avoid UI? Some body talk to me.
