No, weatherford keeps losing money. Right now it is they get bought our or they go bankrupt and sell off the pieces.

With as many people as have been let go it's seems like they have given up securing any new business. I guess the top management is just trying to keep the plane in the air long enough to strap on their golden parachutes.
All of the Europe geozone was offered the option to take voluntary redundancy today. I wonder how many will go for it??
And trust Weatherford to have a gradual transition plan between the experienced folks and the inexperienced. All that knowledge gone down the drain.
I used to work there about 4 years ago , until they gave me the ( seperation package ).What they recently did to those workers who had 30+ years with them was down right sorry. Kept all the newer ones who don't know any better.
If you are left don’t bother working hard. Do as much as you can. Keep a good work life balance and spend time with family. WFT will not remember your hard work when it’s lay-off time.
They will continue to happen until they are out of people or time.

I heard there were some this week. Its at the point all will be gone, not enough people to do the work as it is.
