They don’t try to change though. Look what happened to previous acquisitions. Keyloop say we want your people and ideas as well as products following acquisition, and proceed to say “that’s not the Keyloop way” and change / break what works to the way the LT have always done it. Then wonder why customers are leaving.

@946g clearly different areas of money. People and product. Would you expect them to not be investing in the future? People should be more concerned if they wasn’t trying to change.

Expectations continue to rise while recognition and reward remain static. The resulting message is unmistakable: sustained effort is assumed, but long-term commitment is no longer valued. As a result, many are quietly looking elsewhere.

No pay rises this year due to financial pressures, followed closely by the announcement of an acquisition. A fascinating case study in selective austerity.

But you should all be happy because he expressed his heartfelt gratitude for your ongoing commitment, that helps with the bills dont it, hurry up and sale the company before there is nothing left-incompetance in the first degree

Head Honcho still getting his £1,000,000 though plus bonus (dividends). Let that sink in at a time of inflation at 3.4%.

@93nh I was made redundant last year around summertime. When I told HR that, according to the law, I was still entitled to my annual bonus, they told me that there would be no bonus this year (last year - payout this year), so it has been planned for a while now. Keyloop follows a clear FP plan, where the last year before a sale, bonus, and merit increase is something you have to go to the planet Pluto to find.

There’s no merit reward and no bonuses. Goals are set, but whether you hit them or not, there’s zero incentive. So what’s the point in trying? The unspoken rule becomes: do the bare minimum and take the wage. That’s exactly what a lot of support staff do.

Instead of accountability, there’s finger-pointing — people calling each other out when they should be looking in the mirror. The real issue is management. Managers simply don’t manage. From top to bottom, they lack basic leadership, product knowledge, and ownership. Mediocre staff who do next to nothing have been tolerated for years with no consequences.

Support is a mess. New products are poorly delivered. The Service Hub doesn’t work. The recent Daimler Truck and Ford rollouts show just how far the company has fallen. Real expertise has been lost — good people let go and replaced with cheap labour from overseas that lacks the knowledge to support customers properly. How that’s meant to improve customer sentiment is anyone’s guess.

KEYFORCE — if you know, you know.

At this point, it’s only a matter of time before Fusion goes bang.

Everything stinks of the definition of insanity keep doing and making the same mistakes and expect a different outcome the keyloop merry go round in full swing

Following a recent Customer Enablement Town Hall, employees were informed that there would be no merit pay increases and no bonuses. This came despite consistently high targets being set and met, with the consequences ultimately falling on staff rather than leadership.
In my experience, trust in Keyloop’s commitments has been lacking. Expectations are high, but recognition and reward do not align with the effort required.
From both an employment and customer perspective, I would urge caution. The company charges premium rates, yet the level of expertise and delivery does not always reflect this.
Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully considering alternatives before working for, partnering with, or investing in Keyloop’s software solutions.

"We are also an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We value diversity and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply."

That is a joke for a start. The previous poster is correct, there is a class system in play. If you don't fit the mould, you are silenced and filtered out. Alt + F4

@92n3 Did you read the text properly? It states ‘Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience’. So if you’ve worked in a similar position without a Bachelor’s degree, you’re still very welcome to join. This feels a bit like cherry‑picking anything you can use to make an unnecessary fuss.

Yet another example of how Keyloop's HR department is more amateurish than one would have thought possible.
In the following job posting: https://jobs.lever.co/keyloop/b254daec-7bcd-4d61-b5f5-cae3c990f9e1
They write: "Keyloop doesn’t require academic qualifications for this position."
But when you read the individual requirements more closely, it says: "Bachelor’s degree,"

It is becoming increasingly clear why many of the new hires are total failures, with the blame subsequently being placed on the manager in question.

@8z1a

That was my first thought after 6 months in Keyloop. "I have never seen such a classist culture in a company before". I put it down to it being a UK company, which probably would include some class-justice but damn... Keyloop is not the first employer in my life and I've had the longest tenure here compared to any other but man, is the only reason my golden handcuffs. I hate it here. But I make so much for my position... So I work ~3 hours per day and live with it.

When will Keyloop's accounts be publicly viewable? They are showing as overdue. "Concorde Topco" shows some Director led laundering early in December 2025. Just wondering if anyone had any insight into profit/ loss figures for Keyloop or the CEO's pay figures and pay rises.

Keyloop is losing markets across the globe due to unhealthy business practices which starts with the overall work culture. Poor leadership, toxic work environment and managers who are in it for themselves and who really don't give a hoot about people developing themselves or whether customers are happy or not.
People are not held to account anymore. Scare mongering is rife, associates are afraid to challenge bad practices as they don't want to be HR's next target and sacrificial pig. People are afraid to stand up and report issues as there is no avenue to report anything.
Associates take the bad culture as the norm now and have pretty much given up trying to get any answers. The sooner the fire sell happens, the sooner things may improve for you or people may get the payout they are waiting for. (Keyloop's current business plan is attrition remember, redundancy payments are not guaranteed.)
Once a major player in the automotive industry, the business has now been ruined and ultimately gone to the dogs. Get out while you can is my advice.

It becomes more and more evident why Keyloop is losing markets across the globe. The main reference markets are old fashioned like the UK, exemplified in multiple of the podcasts. If Keyloop began to look towards markets China, Iceland and Norway they would better understand how the future looks in the mobility industry and create really innovative and groundbreaking products and offerings.

I see nothing has changed. Still the Senior Managers that runs away with the Keyloop internal awards.
What a great way to motivate - I love how Keyloop lives out of 19th century standards, values and philosophy.

You don't know it yet. But the UK government/armed forces are preparing for a war in Europe against Russia.
You may have already read news articles but those are often just scare mongering.
But it's true.
Probably within the next couple of years, redundancies will be the last thing on your mind.
My advice to any Western business is, be very cautious and don't place all your eggs in 1 basket, some baskets should be avoided all together!

For many, this season of cheer and goodwill to all, will be the last for many associates under the Keyloop guise. In reality many are counting down the weeks of their employment, so enjoy it while you can. Take some time off as Keyloop won't thank you for going the extra mile.
Mr 250K will be alright though, he's having goose and will be sharing his Yule log.
