The only 2 projects they have concentrated on since the downturn is operation "shaft Aberdeen" and "operation Bird knifing his way to the top".
Well boys plenty of time to make a nice fish pie
Let me see .....well....nope your right nothing!
They’ve only ever won one big project in their history and that was the Catcher one
Sealion is a joke....that project was never going to happen, not with prices staying at Blake's IQ level of sub 80. Let's be real guys what big project has DQ landed since the downturn.....nothing. DQ has always been doomed especially when people running the show have no clue what they are doing. Name one thing DQ has done to improve itself since the downturn.
At least they’ve stopped mentioning SeaLion. When it does come back I’d be very surprised if it is still awarded to Dril Quip. From what I’m led to believe they wouldn’t want anything apart from controls going through Houston.
The Bird is asset stripping the company all the time. This is generally what happens when preparing a company for a takeover bid.
With market situation, I do not think that there is any company want to put their money to buy control. Not interesting the one that you want to get away.
Don’t know yet....to be honest I am concerned about controls going away...I don’t think we will be able to sell trees effectively.
Plus we have too many ex FMC people nowadays. ....I might be gone soon my friend
Capped at 530 I think
You affected Danny? I was speaking uk so don’t know about houston
DQ has better severance than Cameron did. When I left Cameron I got shafted. Hoping to get better deal at DQ.
Will be same as we got. Government statutory capped at £475 per year of employment
The severance at DQ has always been the same.....reamed @ss with no lube
