Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Good Luck Mr. Stone

With this move it is clear that Hertz will be liquidated. Promoting Paul to this position is a cheap bonehead move if they want to remain a going concern. Paul has only ever been been a Senior Leader that never had to make any real strategic decisions. Hertz needs a turnaround expert to make the tough choices which means the direction is clear. The Senior Leaders in Estero, RVPs, ZVPs, and a few GMs are all on the take and desrtoying the company with nepotism, fraud, and cavalier management of Hertz resources. Time to follow the trail!

He is nothing more than a patsy. Two faced K doesn’t want to be around for the bankruptcy, yet she is able to collect her salary for a year. Top leadership must be gutted. Central region leaders are a joke. Constant compensation changes, threatening conference calls, bad direction, just a total sh– show. They encourage AMs and Directors to cook the books, solicit false Surveys, Bought the JD award.

For any chance of Hertz coming out of this Paul needs to make some bold changes in the operations leadership. RVP's and ZVP's have no respect of the field teams. The do as I say not as I do mentality ha to end. That will only happen by gutting the entire team. From East to West there needs a be a major overhaul of leadership. I have been in the central region for over 20 years and our ZVP has been a total embarrassment to the organization. Lies and unethical behaviors are rampant. The list of unqualified people due to favoritism runs long. I hope we see some change and get out of this OK. If the current "leaders" are not removed we will not make it.
