In order to meet the new pyramid of VP to managers ratio.
VP positions will remain at current level.
Managers at each district will be reclassified as Service Coordinator.
Current Coordinator staffing will be demoted to hourly with no bonus
This strategy will show Wall Street just how effective Hal upper management can restructure and meet market conditions.

Well of course the VPs have done such a bang up job with the merger that didn’t go through costing 4 billion...they don’t deserve to be fired 🤔🙄
Most companies do this type of thing. i worked for major and when we had 3 rounds of layoffs in 2015-2016 the managers with little to no staff were all of a sudden getting staff positions usually in different groups or geographic areas. It is how they take care of each other, they do it everywhere. Funny was that many of them hadn't been in an actual staff role for many years (some up to 15-20 years) and I guess the thinking is they can just "get back into it". In that amount of time, you basically forgot most of the day to day things, especially in engineering. Oh well, can't do anything about it if you stay working for a large company.
So does that mean you are now bottom plug? If the plug fits wear it
VP’s are similar to Congress and Obama healthcare exempt.
i did notice some “demotion” , managers to senior account rep?
"Current Coordinator staffing will be demoted to hourly with no bonus".
Man I must be pretty low on the totem pole.
I'm already hourly with no bonus.
S—s to s— i guess.
There are more managers left than workers
