Age discrimination is obvious at Noble, in addition to keeping the cute young females around, regardless if they are qualified or not.

There was a company-wide email about it? I copied the text from the now missing post and converted to pdf. Knew it would disappear.

The XX reviews being unrealistic are spot on. I am a geologist and was layed off from Noble in 2016 and I think a big reason was my reluctance to support crazy high geologic chance of success percentages. There was pressure from above to make them higher and I refused. Call me bitter layed off employee fine, but look at all the money Noble spent drilling ridiculous prospects. RIDICULOUS prospects spending up to a billion or more. I think the GAP way of thinking had a lot to do with it. But what do I know I am a bitter layed off employee.

I noted the site sanitation as well. It didn't take them long did it? The cleansing is part of what Noble management means when the say "bettering people's lives". They just fail to mention their definition of "people" is limited to members of the C-suite and the board.

As bad as it is, you'll note that the execs abuses aren't limited to s-xual harassment and coverup. They are part of pattern of abuse and self-dealing.

Others have mentioned age discrimination, which has definitely occured and repeatedly. However, fiscal er... mismanagement is the elephant in the room that never gets mentioned. Like, does anyone who's actually participated in one of the XX prospect reviews believe the resulting resource numbers and risk factors are remotely realistic? They aren't. Repeated well failures over many years have proven that. Management systematically drives the process to over estimate potential and under state risk. They do it to justify drilling worthless prospects and to pump up the executive bonus metrics. No doubt they would call that "breakthrough thinking", others call it something else.

My advice is keep pushing and realize the swamp is much deeper and murkier than it looks.

Will there be a formal investigation? This needs to be looked into. Huge cover up at all levels. Send to the media.
