Most of the people laid off back in April still haven’t received unemployment. That’s almost 6 weeks with no income. The system is broken, and the “COVID-19 relief fund” was just a businessman’s tax write off. The Actor’s Fund had qualifiers that only allowed people who have been in the industry 5+ years to get any sort of financial aid and the Motion Picture Fund is unresponsive. If Bob truly wanted to help those freelancers who were affected he wouldn’t have ended their contracts early during a pandemic. At the very least he could have put that relief fund money directly into the pockets of his workers instead of boasting about a generous 100 million that boils down to nothing more than two dead ends.

If you haven't received your unemployment and your pandemic insurance (these are two separate payments), email your assembly person. I did that. My assembly person emailed me within a half hour of receiving my email, put his team on it, his team called me the following day. I received a call from the DOL ten days later, on the Tuesday after Memorial Day Monday, and an email confirmation.
It's easy to figure out who your assembly person is. Use Google.

Oh spare me. Bob is the f—ing CEO. He is responsible for what happens to his employees and how the company HE runs responds to a crisis. "We are in this together" my f—ing a–. Dont for a second act like he has no hand in this.
Next year for my birthday party I want a Bob Bakish piñata.
I understand the anger but Bob and ViacomCBS has nothing to do with a global pandemic and it’s consequences
Bob Bakish is a f—ing monster and I'm sick and tired of him being portrayed as anything otherwise. He would eat your entire family if he could.
