Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

So, what to do?

Soooooo here's a question. Say your 16-17 years old, your AP manager is busy doing an accident report and taking care of a bleeding customer..

She turns to you and asks you to put on the PPE equipment and go clean up the blood from the customer that's injured. She takes no time to show you how to use any of this kit... And all your training tells you, that's managements position to clean and disinfect the area. Because they are the only ones trained to do it.

Do you take care of their mess trying to be helpful or do you turn them down? And as an associate watching this... What do you do...

ONLY management and maintenance are trained to clean up blood. I would not clean up blood and put myself at risk. She should not of asked you to clean up the blood. Big NO.

Only salaried members of management or maintenance are allowed. They're trained And especially no for a minor. That AP manager could be fired.
