Ask OPRAH and Mindy Grossman how they timed the PR stunt of 2020. Senior Speech and Free Seminar role out the same week. But no AP press release about 4000 middle age woman fired. This should go down in history as the best disceptive Marketing Strategy.

You know, I had assumed this pandemic had taught humanity a thing or two, especially about caring for other people. Wrong! There seems to be a pattern of leadership in corporate America to cut their workforce, pile on the work for the employees that remain while corporate enriches itself with the big bucks, and corporations seem to think that makes them successful! It has been done over and over and has failed to be successful, yet here we go again. What company has ever succeeded without caring about their customers and employees? There is not one. It is truly pathetic that a company that has stood for support, empathy, encouragement, and accountability has now, under the leadership of Mindy Grossman, shown itself to be unfeeling, cutthroat, and unaccountable except to the almighty dollar. Mindy Grossman only cares about Mindy Grossman and MONEY!! WW will continue to lose money as members leave, Oprah will pull her money out of a loser corporation, and I imagine in another year WW will be in bankruptcy. It will all be to Mindy Grossman’s credit. She doesn’t know how to save a corporation; she only knows how to destroy a previously successful corporation. Watch those dollars fly away, WW, while you pay Mindy big bucks to run your company in the ground! You deserve it!
I was a weight watchers employee! 15 years of service loyal as heck going above and beyond what they asked of me! I got the email too late to be on the call that let me go so my tm has to call me the next day to inform me ! She was also let go after 20 years of service to ww! She read me the c-appy statement and then said that I was done as of the day before! I asked why didn’t they check to see if any of us would go on furlough with prospect of coming back? No way your just done! I gave 15 years to them bam your done . This s—s!!!
As one of the lucky ones let go with no explanation, I would like to know how we were chosen? New employees kept, employees with many years let go with no reason and when you ask they say they don't know how it was done. Well, who does??? I think that isn't asking too much. We all make the same amount of money no matter how many years we've worked there, so that isn't a factor.
Total disregard for the feelings of their loyal employees.
And you’re supposed to be concerned about people???? That’s supposed to include your employees. Shame on you!
