I'm curious, are SF Bankers finding jobs within the company fairly easily? If not, how about outside SF? Covid19 probably put a damper on outside positions.

Very few. Fewer jobs available inside and outside the company due to COVID and the organization is doing nothing but wondering why they can’t retain talent. Meanwhile leadership keeps talking about how many people we’ve hired on in the company while you have plenty of talent right in front of you.
